🚚 Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) only. We're sorry — East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is not available at the moment. Stay tuned as we work to expand!
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed. We use Ninja Van Cold Chain to ensure your desserts arrive frozen and in perfect condition.
How do you keep products frozen during delivery?
All orders are packed in insulated cooler bags to maintain temperature throughout the journey. We use Ninja Van Cold Chain — a dedicated cold logistics service — so your treats arrive fresh, frozen, and ready to enjoy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping fees vary by location. Promotions and free shipping deals are announced from time to time — follow us on Instagram and TikTok @wowsedap or watch our website to catch the latest deals!
❄️ Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store my order when it arrives?
Place your products in the freezer immediately upon arrival. Store at -18°C to maintain freshness and quality. Do not refreeze products that have been fully thawed.
How long can I keep the products in the freezer?
Our products have a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored properly at -18°C. Always check the best-before date printed on the packaging.
How do I thaw mochi and durian pancakes before eating?
There are two ways depending on your preferred texture:
🍦 For a creamy, ice-cream-like texture: Thaw for 5 minutes at room temperature.
🥮 For a soft, chewy mochi texture: Thaw for 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
We recommend defrosting before eating to enjoy the smoothest flavour. Do not microwave.

Can I refreeze products after thawing?
We do not recommend refreezing products that have been fully thawed, as this affects the texture and quality. Only thaw what you plan to enjoy right away!
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via SenangPay, which supports major debit/credit cards and online banking (FPX). If you'd like to use a different payment method, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Yes! All payments are processed securely through SenangPay, a trusted Malaysian payment gateway. Your card and banking details are never stored on our end.
📦 Orders & Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact our customer service with a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority. 💛
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
As our products are freshly prepared and frozen to order, we may not be able to cancel or modify orders once confirmed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes and we'll do our best to help.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, our team will personally follow up with you via WhatsApp or your provided contact details. You'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
We don't have a fixed bulk order programme right now. However, we do run special promotions and deals regularly through our KOL partners and social media. Follow us at @wowsedap to catch the latest offers!

Are your products made with real durian?
Absolutely! We use real Musang King (猫山王) durian — no artificial flavouring, no shortcuts. Every bite is the real deal. 🍡
Are your products halal?
Please contact us for the latest halal certification information on specific products.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products may contain dairy, gluten, and tree nuts. Please check the product packaging for the full ingredient list. If you have specific allergies, feel free to contact us before ordering.
