π Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) after your order is confirmed. Delivery is carried out during standard courier hours.
Cold Chain Delivery
All orders are shipped via Ninja Van Cold Chain and packed in insulated cooler bags to maintain the frozen integrity of your products throughout the delivery journey. Your desserts will arrive cold and ready to be placed in the freezer.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before confirming your order.
- WOW SEDAP is not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Re-delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping charges.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at wowsedap6666@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 16-250 0654 within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after order processing may not be possible.
Tracking
Once your order has been picked up by our courier, our team will personally follow up with you via WhatsApp or your provided contact details with your tracking number.
β Cancellation Policy
As our products are freshly prepared frozen desserts, we have a limited cancellation window:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations and changes will not be accepted. Cancellations due to change of mind after the 12-hour window will not be entertained. WOW SEDAP reserves the right to reject any cancellation request deemed unreasonable.
π Refund & Replacement Policy
We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. However, if something goes wrong, here's how we handle it:
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged or in poor condition
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Items are missing from your order
How to request a replacement:
Refunds
In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Online banking (FPX): Refunded to your bank account within 3–5 working days
- Credit/Debit card: Refunded to your card — processing time depends on your card issuer
Non-eligible cases
- Change of mind after order is confirmed
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (not from wowsedap.com.my directly)
- Claims made after 24 hours of receiving your order
WOW SEDAP reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests.
