We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, actual product colours and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings. WOW SEDAP reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. All orders are shipped via Ninja Van Cold Chain to maintain the frozen integrity of our products throughout delivery. Orders are packed in insulated cooler bags for freshness.

WOW SEDAP is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, public holidays, or events beyond our control. For order status enquiries, please contact us.

5. Payments

All purchases are subject to a one-time payment. We currently accept payments via SenangPay, which supports major debit cards, credit cards, and online banking (FPX). If you require an alternative payment arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.

All transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by your bank or card issuer. WOW SEDAP will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from failed payment authorisation.

6. Refund & Return Policy

As our products are frozen food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed once our team has reviewed and verified your claim. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Comments & Feedback

All comments and feedback submitted to WOW SEDAP may be directed to wowsedap6666@gmail.com. By submitting feedback, you agree that your content will not violate any third-party rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive material.
