Hernan's Chocolate Truffle Durian is built in three layers: a dusting of cocoa powder on the outside, a dark compound chocolate shell that cracks softly under the first bite, and a cold, creamy durian centre made with real durian paste. The durian doesn't shout — it comes through rich and rounded, carried by the chocolate rather than competing with it.

It's kept frozen at -18°C, so all you need to do is take it out and wait. Ten to fifteen minutes at room temperature is enough for the centre to soften into a smooth, mousse-like texture. No baking, no plating, no preparation. Peel back the lid, give it a moment, and it's ready.

Two pieces to a pack, about 110 kcal each. Small enough to keep a few boxes in the freezer for whenever the craving turns up.
